About Us

Disabled for 38 years, Debra has been a client of personal care agencies for more than 24 years. Combined with her over 12 years of working in the PCA Industry, Debra decided there were things that could be changed for the better in this business. She believes it is very important to foster independence and empower her clients through their own choices. Debra makes certain that Break-Thru Home Care’s primary focus is meeting their client’s needs and personal satisfaction.

Emily Horner and Kecia Cannon are the Supervising Registered Nurses for Break-Thru Home Care, Inc. Emily and Kecia manage experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) that focus on personal and professional client care.  Audua Pugh the Staffing Coordinator uses her many years of experience to manage the PCA coverage.

Together with their team of PCA’s, Debra, Emily, Kecia, & Audua provide quality care for their clients.
