Break-Thru Home Care, Inc. is an in-home care and assistance agency. We provide trained, insured and bonded Personal Care Assistants for a variety of care giving needs.

We are committed to providing the highest quality home health care that creates an atmosphere of independence for our clients. We specialize in helping clients to fully utilize all community services available to them. We believe that individuals should retain control of their lives and their care.

Once you have chosen Break-Thru Home Care, the client interviews and chooses the Personal Care Attendant(s) with whom he or she feels most comfortable. The client is in complete control of scheduling the Attendant(s) with whom they would like to work.

Upon your decision to receive home care services through us, we send our Nursing Supervisor to your residence to do an Assessment and Care Plan.
